Minister Kevin S Baker works for Resource of Human Development. He has been there for six years working with those who have mental disabilities and addictions. Since being with RHD, Minister Baker has been given many awards and accolades for his faithful and dedicated service. He truly loves his job. He has pushed forward through extremely difficult situations to get the job done.

Minister Baker’s ministry also began at Calvary Baptist Church of Dover, Delaware, where he was apart of the media ministry. He and his wife, Elder Baker decided to change churches thru the leading of the Holy Spirit and united with the Upper Room Church to assist the ministry. As Minister Kevin grew closer to the Lord, God revealed to him that there was more to him than what meets the eye. He found his calling, became a licensed minister and started walking in the evangelistic ministry.  Minister Baker who once had a drug addiction himself, is now delivered, to God be the glory!  God put it in his heart to go back and reach others to let them know that just like he was delivered, they can be delivered also.  He now ministers in and manages sobriety houses. He and his wife work together to transform lives. His favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."
